Food safety management procedures based on the principles of HACCP, suitable for smaller businesses
Training sessions are available to enable management, proprietors or supervisory staff to understand and use a food safety management pack, suitable for caterers or retailers.
This pack has been developed to help small catering businesses such as restaurants, cafés and takeaways comply with new regulations introduced in January 2006.
There are two different SFBB packs - one for small catering businesses and one for small retail businesses.
Training is available to enable management, proprietors or supervisory staff to use the pack to fulfill the requirements of your next visit from a local authority enforcement officer. The training sessions are approximately 3 hours long, and are held during the evening from 6.30pm-9.30pm. A certificate of attendance will be awarded to all attendees.
