Qualification information
|
This qualification is relevant to all employees who prepare and serve food. It is especially applicable to those involved in the selection of ingredients, recipes and menus; such as school caterers and care home workers. Customer-facing employees who need to understand customer queries and GCSE students taking relevant food and health subjects would also benefit. It is a one-day qualification that provides candidates with all the information they need to prepare nutritious food, develop healthy recipes and cater to a variety of dietary requirements.
