Pre-requisites

There are no pre-requisites for this qualification. It is strongly advised that candidates already hold the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering or equivalent and also have a minimum of level 2 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent.

Qualification information
|
Candidates working for the level 3 qualification are likely to have some catering experience and be in a job role that involves working unsupervised. This nationally recognised qualification provides candidates with a range of food safety skills directly relevant to the Catering and Hospitality industry.

18-21 hours of teaching. Run as a 3-day course, ideally over 3 non-consequtive dates within a 4 week period
